We are delighted to announce that Charlotte Dines BSc MRICS has just been appointed as a RICS Registered Valuer. Charlotte is based in our Marlborough office and specialises in undertaking formal valuations for secured lending (in conjunction with Woolley & Wallis Finance Limited) and for Probate/Inheritance taxation purposes.
Solicitors and accountants as well as farmers rely on a Valuers expertise, quality standards and ethics when receiving a formal valuation. Charlotte said “I am delighted to receive this accreditation by the RICS and am delighted that the hard work which goes into producing the valuations is underpinned by this seal of approval from our governing body, the RICS.”
