Woolley & Wallis has expanded its lettings business by opening a new department in its Fordingbridge office. It will be run by experienced lettings negotiator Dianne Farr who has been part of the Woolley & Wallis team in Salisbury since 2008. She said: “Lettings are still very strong and we think can offer an even better service to our clients by having a dedicated lettings department in our Fordingbridge office. “We already have a number of Fordingbridge properties on our books and I will be transferring these to our new office. But I will also be looking for a wide range of new properties. “We have clients looking for everything from town centre flats to large rural properties.”
