Woolley & Wallis have recently appointed Richard Wedgwood as a land agent to work in their Marlborough office. Richard qualified as a Chartered Surveyor following his degree in Rural Land Management at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester and has had over 10 years’ experience in the industry.
Richard is a RICS Registered Valuer and has particular knowledge and expertise in undertaking formal valuations for probate, secured lending and taxation purposes. He also has extensive experience in managing estates as well as handling complex cases for compulsory purchase and compensation.
Richard has returned to land agency after a career break that saw him traveling the world and now relishes the opportunities of getting back to work. He is a keen outdoor sportsman and recently completed the Bath Half Marathon.
Richard said ”I am delighted to be working at Woolley & Wallis and look forward to meeting as many clients and fellow professionals as I can over the coming months.”
