Simon Male, a Partner of Woolley & Wallis, is one of four judges entrusted with the mantle of judging this year’s match. Simon comments “Good soil management is at the heart of farming and ploughing is a traditional skill which still plays an important part in modern agriculture. District ploughing matches are an excellent showcase of local skills and continue to be an important fixture in the agricultural calendar.”
