Christopher Powell (centre) has recently passed his Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and is now a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
The APC involves submitting a detailed Case Study of a particular project and then 1 hours formal interview before a panel of 3 RICS examiners. The examiners are entitled to ask any question relating to the work experience that has been undertaken and they endeavour to discover whether the candidate is of sufficient professional skill and knowledge to become a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor.
Christopher joined Woolley & Wallis’ Marlborough office in March 2015 and has quickly developed a loyal following by clients and fellow professionals. He graduated from Harper Adams University in 2013 and has strong roots in Dorset and Wiltshire. In addition, he has proven to be a very able pair of hands behind the wicket when representing Woolley & Wallis’ infamous cricket team.
Chris said “I am absolutely thrilled to become a Chartered Surveyor and really look forward to further developing my career. I have gained a wide experience in both equestrian and planning disciplines and aim to actively promote my knowledge and skills in these areas.”
