A unique opportunity has arisen to purchase an historic Victorian property in the village of Breamore just north of Fordingbridge on the A338.
Breamore Railway Station is situated on the former Salisbury & Dorset Junction Railway which was built to link Salisbury to the Dorset Coast. The line was opened in 1864 and closed in 1964 and Breamore is now the only surviving station on the line. In January 2002 planning permission was obtained by Hampshire County Council for planning permission for Change of Use to class B1a, b and c. It was then sold on a long lease to the previous owners who sympathetically converted it to provide high quality character office accommodation of some 500 sq ft (46.5 sq m). There are three parking spaces with the property or six if parked in tandem. Having occupied the premises for their business for a number of years the current owners have now decided to sell. The premises are available at an asking price of £127,000.
