Woolley & Wallis is delighted to be sponsoring a Class at this year’s Joint Ploughing Match which will take place on Saturday 6th October at Godwinscroft, Bransgore, BH23 8JZ by kind permission of East Close Farms. Ploughing commences at 9.30am with Vintage tractor classes, Young Farmers’ class, Conventional and reversible ploughing classes. Free tractor & trailer rides around the site, come along and learn whilst you ride!
The Joint Ploughing Match sees five local agricultural clubs combining to run this traditional agricultural event, comprising Lymington Growmore Club, South Avon & Stour Agricultural Society, Beaulieu Young Farmers’ Club, Avon Valley Young Farmers’ Club as well as Brockenhurst & District Young Farmers’ Club. Last year the event managed to raise a fantastic £200 for the Teenage Cancer Trust.
