Christopher Cary, a local farmers son, joined Woolley & Wallis in May 2019 to give added strength to the busy Marlborough office. He is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer as well as being a Registered RICS Valuer and has a Masters degree in Rural Estate Management. He has gained several years’ experience working in Dorset and Wiltshire.
Chris has a strong working knowledge in rural planning including conversions of agricultural buildings and farm diversification projects. He also specialises in grant applications and the leasing and letting of agricultural land and rural commercial properties.
