As part of an ongoing investment into training and improving the business, Woolley & Wallis were privileged to have Julian O’Dell from TM Training come to Salisbury on Wednesday 4th March 2020.
His role was to help the firm improve standards of working and to improve customer service.
The training was held in the Red Lion Hotel and everyone attending admired his energy and certainly gained from the experience.
He will be returning to Salisbury next month to continue the training programme.
