A beautifully presented country cottage, situated in a charming rural village, boasts character features and large gardens.
Charlton Grove, is a wonderful country cottage set in a lovely semi rural village. The property has an abundance of period features and over the years has also been extended by the vendor to now allow for an oak framed annexe. The main cottage has three double bedrooms (all with fitted cupboards) and a family bathroom to the first floor. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with cloak room, a double aspect sitting room with wood burner and old bread oven. A dining hall with stairs rising to the first floor and a kitchen/ breakfast room leading out into the garden. On the far side of the paving from the front door, is the access to the annexe with a lovely entrance and access to a utility room and the integral garage. The stairs rise to a galleried landing area with wonderful curved oak framed parts on show. This level offers a great open space and also has the benefit of an en-suite shower. This area could offer a number of uses including bed, holiday let, office, gym or yoga room to mention but a few (subject to any additional necessary consents).
