A charming cottage situated in the equally delightful St James area of Shaftesbury boasting three bedrooms, gardens and character feature throughout.
11 St James is one of the most charming of cottages. Being a genuine Shaftesbury green stone cottage, under a clay tile roof, it has a cosy feel. The property has been extended over the years and now provides the following accommodation on the ground floor; an entrance hall, sitting room, kitchen/ diner, a conservatory with doors opening into the garden, a ground floor wet room and a bedroom 3/ study. Upstairs in the main part, there are two double bedrooms, and a family bathroom. From the bedroom 3/ study, the stairs rises to an occasional bedroom 4/ store. The property has been loved by the current owner and a new owner may want to put their own stamp on it in various ways. The cottage is not listed but is within the conservation area.
